1. What type of payment do you accept? We accept credit card payments and paypal.

2. How do you ship your products? Currently we utilize FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, FedEx Freight   and USPS.

3. Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii? Yes

4. How long does it take to ship my order? Your order is processed upon receipt by us and generally will ship the same business day.

5. Do you stock the products you sell? Yes so we can process your order fast.

6. What is your backorder policy? We ship what we have in stock and backorder the rest at no additional shipping charges to you.

7. Can I return and item if I don't want it?  Yes!

8. What If I get an item and it's damaged? Contact us.

9. Do you really process and ship my order fast? Yes, unlike most other companies who rely on factory drop ships or product fulfillment companies to process orders we stock 100% of every item we list online. This allows us to fill orders the same day. Of course if we are out of stock we will place your item on backorder and ship it as soon as it arrives
