These Terms of use were last revised on 4/01/2011 Backorders: Any item that is backordered will ship out as soon as it becomes available. Delivery:  Most orders are shipped same business day  unless the item is not in stock Damaged Shipments: contact Light Bulbs R Us® .Order Acceptance: Light Bulbs R Us® has the right to accept or reject any order.Sales Tax:  You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.  The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law.  We will collect the sales  tax on orders from the State of Ohio.Warranties: Any warranties listed are from the manufacturer and not from Light Bulbs R Us® Product Returns: All returns must be within 14 days of the original invoice date for non-defective product. Thereafter, all sales are final. All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and be unused. Returns will be charged 10% restock fee. The restock fee is not a penalty. It is a costly process to prepare for resale and restock products. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning products you assume responsibility for insuring the return shipment.
