Your order will typically be delivered in 1 to 4 business days. In the case of a back order, we will notify you within 1 business days. Contact customer service on all time sensitive deliveries to check inventory levels.
We have an unsurpassed reputation of selling quality light bulbs and ballasts. Some products on our site are not accompanied by a factory warranty. (Average Rated Life Hours for light bulbs does not imply a Warranty.) We will stand behind those products, even though there is no warranty, for 120 days from date of invoice. We will pay for the shipping costs of the replacement.
Need to return an item no problem just contact us for a call tag. All returns must be within 14 days of the original invoice date for non-defective product. Thereafter, all sales are final. All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and be unused. Returns will be charged 10% restock fee. The restock fee is not a penalty. It is a costly process to prepare for resale and restock products. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning products please enclose receipt and reason for return to insure proper credit.
